Installation of a combination of sils and wiers in the culverts and adjacent segments of Liddell Creek below Highway 1 and the Union Pacific Railroad to improve fish passage. Project provides required mtigation work associated with Bonny Doon Quarry Certificate of Compliance. Requires Environmental Review, a Coastal Development Permit, and a Riparian Exception Permit. Project located in the Union Pacific Railroad right of way, Highway 1 right of way and on Coast Dairies property in the vicinity of Bonny Doon Road and Boony Doon Beach.
