Project provides required mtigation work associated with Bonny Doon Quarry Certificate of Compliance. Requires Environmental Review, a Coastal Development Permit, and a Riparian Exception Permit. Project located in the Union Pacific Railroad right of way, Highway 1 right of way and on Coast Dairies property in the vicinity of Bonny Doon Road and Boony Doon beach.
