Description

NOTE: Extended to 10-1-09. The City of Morgan Hill General Plan Circulation Element identifies goals and policies for travel and transportation and the location of existing and proposed transportation routes and other local public facilities for train, bus, bicycle and pedestrian travel within the City. The proposed project, an update of the City's General Plan Circulation Element, modifies the City's planned future roadway network as well as the City's Level of Service policies for roadways. The project also proposes new policies related to smart growth principles and a multi-modal system including providing for balanced pedestrian, bicycle, and transit facilties along with vehicular facilities.
