Document Description
The Circulation Element of the Morgan Hill General Plan identifies goals and policies for travel and transportation and the location of existing and proposed transportation routes and other local public facilities for the train, bus, bicycle and pedestrian travel within the City of Morgan Hill. The Circulation element Update proposes modifications to planned future roadway improvements within the City as well as the City's Level of Service (LOS) policies for roadways. The update also includes new policies related to smart growth principles and a multi-modal system including providing for balanced pedestrian, bicycle, and transit facilities along with vehicular facilities.
