Title: Highlands Park Lower Athletic Field Conversion to a Synthetic Surface Project
Description: The proposed project involves the conversion of the surface of the 3.44 acre lower athletic field in Highlands Park from the existing natural turf to synthetic turf. The Addendum to the April 13, 2009 adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) and the revised MMRP provides for specification of the synthetic product to be organic infill material, use of the material as an enforceable part of the Project, and other minor changes to Mitigation Measures.
