Description

NOTE: Recirculated Per Lead The Project proposes the removal of 3 existing office/warehouse buildings containing 79,501 square feet total on an approximately 3 acre site at 328 Roebling Road, and the construction in their place of two 2-story office/R&D building each containing 52,768 square feet (105,536 square feet total) of office/laboratory space over a basement garage. This document is being recirculated because of substantial changes in the traffic conditions and therefore traffic analysis and to include analysis of greenhouse gas emission. Other updates have also been made since the document was last circulated in 2009, including incorporation of minor revisions to the project description resulting in reduced parking and balconies instead of patios.
