The Project proposes the removal of 3 existing office/warehouse buildings containing 79,501 square feet total on an approximately 3 acre site at 328 Roebling Road, and the construction in their place of two 2-story office/R&D building each containing 52,768 square feet (105,536 square feet total) of office/laboratory space over a basement garage. The Project would entail the development of at-grade and subterranean parking at a ratio of 2.8 spaces per 1,000 square feet.
This document is being recirculated because an additional impact has been identified (Traf-6, level of Service at a US101 ramp intersection). Mitigation has been identified to reduce this new impact to a less than significant level. Other minor clarifying revisions have also been made.
