- CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0062-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Coachella Valley Water District. Project is limited to the grading of the project site and the construction of a partially buried, 10 million-gallon concrete reservoir with an associated driveway and security fence. The on-site drainage will be filled and drainage from off-site will flow southward along the western boundary of the site.
