Title: Recreation Center Expansion
Description: The project will construct an addition of 95,014 GSF to the existing Recreation center, which will have 64,199 GSF remaining after demolishing 27,360 GSF, for a total new gross square footage of 159,213. In addition, to the existing four-court gym, the project will add a lobby, a two-court gym, a multi-activity court, a weight/fitness area, exercise room, wellness center, an indoor jogging track, a leisure pool and administrative offices. This project will also renovate the existing locker rooms and swimming pool mechanical spaces as well as incorporate a new roof and updated HVAC equipment. The new portion of the building will align with the existing buildings on the north, east and south sides.
