Title: Whispering Sands Mobile Home Park Domestic Water Service Project
Description: Whispering Sands Mobile Home park is consolidating with Mission Springs Water District. Whispering Sands MHP currently exceeds drinking water standards for nitrate. Construction activities include the installation of approximately 650 of new 8-inch ductile iron pipe from an existing 16-inch transmission water line on 15th Ave to the Whispering Sands MHP via a SCE utility eaement. Additional appurtenances will include a master water meter, blow-off, and backflow prevention device within the Whispering Sands MHP.
