The project work will all occur in the public roadway and right of way across Palm Drive by boring under the street and avoiding any current facilities and utilities. There are no native plants, species that are affected by this project. There will be no raw land distributed by this project. All other dust control and storm control measures will be put in place by the lead agency during construction of the project.
