Title: Storm Water Ordinance
Description: The proposed project consists of the adoption of the City of Chico Storm Water Ordinance that will incorporate the Design Standards already set forth in Attachment 4 of the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System, Phase II (NPDES II) General Permit for the City of Chico into the Chico Municipal Code (CMC) as §15.50 (Storm Water Management and Discharge Controls). The ordinance will include an enforcement mechanism to ensure compliance with the NPDES II permit standards at the local level. No development is proposed as part of the project.
