Description

TSite acquisition and the construction of a K-8 school on approximately 18.17 acres of undeveloped land in unincorporated El Dorado County. The facility will comprise approximately nine buildings, consisting of four buildings with classrooms, a separate kindergarten building and a special programs building with their own hard court and turf play areas, a multi-purpose building with kitchen, a gymnasium, and an administration/library building. Traffic flow includes student drop-off area for parents, separate bus drop-off and turnaround, and 146 parking spaces, with fire and service access around perimeter of property.
