Document Description
This is the site acquisition and the construction of a K-8 school on approximately 18.17 acres of undeveloped land in unincorporated El Dorado County. The facility will comprise approximately nine buildings, consisting of four buildings with classrooms, a separate kindergarten building and a special programs building with their own hard court and turf play areas, a multi-purpose building with kitchen, a gymnasium, and an administration/library building. Current plans anticipate that there will be two softball fields and a soccer field to the north of the school site, and hard court areas adjacent to the school buildings on the north side. There will be a parent drop-off area, a separate drop-off area for buses and a bus turnaround, and approximately 146 parking spaces. There is fire and service access around the perimeter of the building complex.
