- CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0163-R6 (Revision 1), pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Amstar. The Alessandro Commerce Center Project includes the construction of two industrial warehouse buildings on 18.7 acres; construction of a new road, vehicle and trailer parking lots around the buildings, and storm drain outfall structures; creation of two earthen debris basins on 4.16 acres; and creation of a 6.69-acre conservation area along the western side of the property. Construction of the site may also include a temporary on-site rock crushing facility during the grading of the project.
