Description

CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 (SAA# 1600-2011-0137-R6) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant. Victor Valley Community College property. The proposed project is limited to the annual maintenance of the existing channel to maintain a constantrate stream flow. Additionally, annual maintenance may be performed to prevent emergency reconciliation and prevention of flooding on Victor Valley Community College property. Maintenance activities include the annual removal of vegetation from the center-flow area of the channel. Vegetation removal may be accomplished in one of two ways: 1) Manual vegetation removal and 2) Mechanical vegetation removal.
