Document Description
The proposed project is the 2007-2017 Facilities Master Plan (Master Plan or FMP), which establishes a 20-year plan for the campus. The VVC Campus presently serves an enrollment population of approximately 9,100 full-time equivalent (FTE) students. Master Plan implementation will serve a projected 14,616 FTE of enrolled students by the year 2020 with a total of 932,380 square feet of existing and future classrooms and related building expansion. Some overall objectives include accommodating future enrollments, improving structural safety, mitigating against known natural hazards, and producing measurable environmental benefits through sustainable development.
