The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Casa De Fruta, LLC, represented by Joe C. Zanger. The applicant proposes to remove riparian vegetation, which is obscuring its billboard from public view, from the bed, bank or channel of Pacheco Creek.
