- Description
- City of Vacaville proposes to develop two regional detention basins adjacent to Encinosa Creek in an unincorporated portion of Solano County, just west of the City limits. The project includes construction of detention basins, berms, inlet and outlet structures and emergency spillways and limited development of temporary construction and permanent maintenance access roads. The project has been revised to include the off-site export of excavated materials from the site. A Supplement to the adopted Negative Declaration has been prepared to address the additional impact potential resulting from this project revision.
