Document Description
City of Vacaville proposes to develop two regional detention basins, one north and one south of Encinosa Creek in an unincorporated portion of Solano County, just west of the limits of the City of Vacaville. The project includes the construction of detention basins, berms, inlet and outlet structures and emergency spillways. The project also includes the limited development of temporary construction and permanent maintenance access roads.
