NOTE: Final EIR with 1 CD As a part of the Transportation Element Update, the Placer County Department of Public Works proposes to keep PFE Road open and to construct speed reduction treatments on PFE Road and Cook-Riolo Road to preserve the rural character of the Community Plan area. The County would also review the Community Plan's transportation goals and policies for relevance to today's community environment and to ensure applicability in the future.
