- Description
- The project will widen a portion of Elk Grove Boulevard from 5 lanes to 6 lanes and a portion of Franklin Boulevard from 4 lanes to 6 lanes. This widening would allow for 2 new free right turn lanes on eastbound to southbound Elk Grove Boulevard and 2 bus turnouts on southbound Franklin Boulevard. The project also includes widening of the west side of Franklin Boulevard from just south of the Laguna South Channel, North Drainage culvert approximately 150' to allow for the roadway to taper from 6 through lanes down to 4 lanes.
