Title: General Plan Update
Description: The proposed project analyzed in the Program EIR is the adoption and long-term implementation of a comprehensive update of the City of Rosemead General Plan. The project also includes revisions to the City's Zoning Code (Title 17 of the Municipal Code) that will be pursued to implement General Plan policy. This Program EIR provides a program-level assessment of the general environmental impacts resulting from development pursuant to land use policy and implementation of the goals and policies set forth in all chapters of the updated General Plan, and the long-term implementation of the revised Zoning Code.
