Title: The Wetherly Project
Description: The Wetherly project would demolish 84 existing apartments and condominium units in seven buildings on a 1.285 acre site and construct approx. 132 condominium units in one 16 story building and eight townhouse units in a 3 story building (35 ft tall). The condominium tower would be approx. 259,716 sq. ft. in total, while the townhomes would be approx. 28,200 sq. ft. in total. Total building area on the project site would be approx. 287,916 sq. ft. A total of 350 parking spaces would be provided in a subterranean parking structure. The Proposed Project would be designed to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Silver certification, which would exceed the requirments of the City of Los Angeles Green Building Ordinance.
