Document Description
The proposed project would demolish 84 existing apartments and condominium units in seven buildings on a 1.285 acre site and construct approx. 132 condominium units in one 16 story building and eight townhouse units in a 3 story building. The condominium tower would be approx. 259,716 sq. ft. in total, while the townhomes would be approx. 28,200 sq. ft. in total. Total building area on the project site would be approx. 287,916 sq. ft. Parking will be provided in three underground levels at a rate of 2.5 spaces per unit for a total of 350 spaces. The parking structure would be constructed beneath the entire site.
