Title: Science Building Expansion
Description: The proposed project includes the expansion of the Cosumnes River College Science Building (Building 2). The expansion will provide for instructional space, including new laboratories, as well as additional internal square footage for a variety of uses to be determined later. The project will include an expansion of the building by an estimated 15,023 square feet. Construction of the improvements is scheduled to occur in 2008 and 2009. The expansion project will result in an increased overall classroom space, and will likely result in a limited increase in demand for utilities, infrastructure, and parking at the campus or the site. All infrastructure upgrades and expanded utilities are included within the proposed building improvements.
