Description: The draft Downtown Mixed Use Master plan establishes standards to guide development in Downtown Benicia. The plan is intended to provide specificity and certainty regarding the design and placement of buildings in this area of special interest and value to the community. The Downtown Mixed Use Master Plan involves the introduction of a Form-based Code to the City's downtown. The plan includes a different set of development and land use standards than are presently established by the Zoning Ordinance.
