Description

The County of Imperial is seeking to restore and enhance Sunbeam Lake. The lake is used for boating, fishing, and swimming. Enhancements to the lake include: 1) Recontouring portions of the lake's banks, 2) Remove rip-rap adjacent to the Recreational Vehicle Park and replace with an engineered seawall, 3) Dredging of the lake to restore depth, 4) Create a swimming lagoon that is outside of the boating area and currently occupied by a parking lot.
