Document Description
The County of Imperial through Planning and Development Services Department (ICPDS) will be renovating, rehabilitating and improving the Sunbeam Park (Sunbeam Park Master Plan). In doing so the County is preparing a Parcel Map (PM #2423) to divide the land into four parcels plus a remainder parcel. The intent of the parcelization is to be able to lease one or more parcels within the confines of the project site to private entities to operate certain specific business ventures as approved by the Board of Supervisors.
