Permit 20636 allows the Permittee to divert 104 acre-feet per year for the purpose of irrigation and stockwatering. The Permittee also filed a petition for a 20-year extension of time to complete the project and apply the water to complete beneficial use. The approval of the petitions will not change the amount of water that is permitted be diverted or used.
