The petition for change in Place of Use (POU) for water right Permit 20636 (Application 029698) to increase the permitted POU from 60 acres of pasture to 175 acres of vineyard. Permit 20636 allows the Permittee to divert 104 acre-feet per year for the purpose of irrigation and stockwatering. The Permittee also filed a petition for a 20-year extension of time to complete the project and apply the water to complete beneficial use. The approval of the petitions will not change the amount of water that is permitted be diverted or used.
