The address of the parcel is 15267 West Whitesbridge Avenue. The site is currently vacant. The property is adjacent on its south and west sides to property owned by the District. An access road, current administrative offices and a drive-up ATM machine are located to the west of the project site. The Kerman High School Multi-Purpose building is located south of the project site.
