Document Description
The project consists of the expansion of the existing administrative offices of Kerman Unified School District. The expansion will occur on a 0.95 acre site, located southwest of the intersection of West Whitesbridge Road and First Street in Kerman. A small road, the current administrative office and a drive up ATM machine are located to the west of the proposed expansion area and a new gym is under construction to the south. Most of the land directly across First Street appears to be vacant and the land across West Whitesbridge Road is currently being farmed. There is at least one inhabited residence that is located across from the parcel on First Street.
