- ACID has proposed to transfer 464 acre feet of federal Central Valley Project water to SCSD to be diverted annually under ACID's Federal Contract No. 14-06-200-3346A-R-1. The total of 464 acre feet will be transferred and utilized by SCSD in order to meet existing and future municipal and industrial needs as outlined in the SCSD Master Water Plan 2003.
