Description

The operator proposes to install a driveway along the banks of an unnamed tributary to Putah Creek on Lake Berryessa in the Berryessa Estates, Napa County. The driveway will be shored up by a vertical wall on the downslope side of the road and will continue up the hill to a single family residence. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2005-0595-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Ernie Fischer.
