Description: The project consists of the adoption of the proposed "Waste Water Treatment Master Plan" for the City of Sanger's Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and the associated upgrade and expansion and operation of the facility through the year 2035. The project site is located about 1.5 miles southeast of the center of the City of Sanger (City) and west of the Kings River. The proposed project would expand the WWTP to treat an Average Day Maximum Month Flow (ADMMF) of 5.3 million gallons per day (mgd).
