Note: Extended per lead The PTEIR is a joint environmental impact report and EIS pursuant to NEPA in collaboration with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the National Marine Fisheries Service. The CEQA project includes all aspects of MRC's timber operations on its timberlands in Mendocino County. Those operations include the silvicultural methods, harvesting practices, wildlife protection measures, and construction, reconstruction and maintenance measures for logging roads, landings, and watercourse crossings used as part of MRC's timberland management activities.
