MRC's timber operations include the cutting and removal of timber, construction and maintenance of roads, fuel breaks, firebreaks, stream crossings, landings, skid trails, beds for the falling of trees, fire hazard abatement, and site preparation. The PTEIR will be a joint environmental impact report and environmental impact statement pursuant to NEPA in collaboration with the US Fish and Wildlife Service and National Marine Fisheries Service.
