Description: The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Laureen Borup, for the Culvert Installation Project. The applicant proposes to install seven, corrugated metal pipe (CMP) culverts, of diameters ranging from 18 to 60 inches, in unnamed tributaries to Garrotte Creek. Also proposed is the installation of rock rip-rap slope protection around culvert inlets and outfalls, and seeding and mulching of disturbed areas.
