Description: The proposed project consists of the renovation and reconstruction of the Seal Beach Shopping Center. A portion of the center will be demolished including the grocery/drug store, drive through coffee shop, car wash, gasoline/service station and gas pump island canopy. The grocery store will be reconstructed in its existing location. The drug store will be relocated to a new building on the west end of the northern retail building. The service station will be relocated without the associated repair shop, and the coffee shop will be reconstructed adjacent to the gas station.
