Description

The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2005-0406-R2 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Caltrans. Activities include, but are not limited to, replacement of the existing culvert and fill of existing wetlands and other watercourses to facilitate the widening of State Route 16 and Excelsior Road.
