Document Description
The proposed project involves installaing permanent signals at the intersection of State Route (SR) 16 and Excelsior Road at KP 13.43 (PM 8.34). The project also includes auxiliary through lanes on SR 16, plus left turn pockets on left turn pockets on both SR 16 and Excelsior Road. Construction is cureently planned for 2006.
