The parcel has a General Plan Land Use designation of RR(1/2) (Rural Residential - one dwelling unit per two acres) and a zone designation of RR-2 (Rural Residential - two acre minimum lot size). The parcel is developed with two single-family residences. The proposed undeveloped parcel would utilize a separate well and on-site sewage disposal system. Access to all parcels would be from an existing road off of Highway 101.
