Document Description
The applicant proposes to divide a 7.27 acre parcel into three parcels. Existing residences are located on two of the proposed parcels. An undeveloped parcel would be created in the northwest corner of the subject parcel. Existing on-site sewage disposal system would serve the residences. A Wisconsin mound septic would be required for the undeveloped parcel. Two new wells would be drilled as a result of the project. Access to all parcels would be from US Hwy. 101.
