Description

CDFW has issued an extension to Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2013-0055-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Ton Winn Communities, Inc. Project activities covered under the Agreement are limited to temporary inpact to <0.01 acre of an ephemeral drainage onsite. Construction will require the use of heavy equipment. It is expected that heavy equipment will need to drive through the ephemeral drainage when water is absent for acess to project sites. The ephemeral drainage will not be filled as a result of construction. The extension changes the agreement's expiration date from Aug 27 2018 to Aug 27 2021.
