Document Description
CDFW has issued an extension to Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2013-0055-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Ton Winn Communities, Inc.
The amendment removes the requirement for a conservation easement ang long-term management plan for the project's approximately nine acres of on-site open space.
Project activities covered under the Agreement are limited to temporary inpact to <0.01 acre of an ephemeral drainage onsite. Construction will require the use of heavy equipment. It is expected that heavy equipment will need to drive through the ephemeral drainage when water is absent for acess to project sites. The ephemeral drainage will not be filled as a result of construction.
