The City of Watsonville constructed Well #2, and associated treatment facility, after review and approval of a Negative Declaration. The Notice of Determination was filed April 5, 2005, under SCH# 2005022045. The well has not been used because of a high concentration of manganese. The City proposes to install additional equipment within the existing facility for the removal of manganese.
