Allow for a maximum 110 tons of waste per day; Allow for a maximum 30 vehicles per day; Increase facility permitted boundary from 40 acres to 48.8; Establish the design capacity as 741,360 CY (including daily and final cover); Change the estimated closure year from 2071 to 2048; Change the hours of operation from 8am-5pm Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday to 7:30 am - 3:30 pm Wed. & Sat, or as currently described in the RDSI; Establish a maximum elevation of 6,946 feet Mean Sea Level (MSL); Change of land ownership from LA Dept. of Water and Power to Mono County Dept. of Public Works.
