Description: The project would allow for the implementation of the Otay Mesa Trunk Sewer project. The project proposes the construction of approximately 14.7 miles (or 77,850 feet) of new and/or replacement/ upgrade sewer line in the Otay Mesa Area. The project would construct Phases 2 and 3 as described in the 2004 Otay Mesa Sewer Master Plan and Alignment Study, which outlines a strategy for the provision of sewer infrastructure to serve the future build-out of the Otay Mesa region.
