Document Description
The project would allow for the implementation of the Otay Mesa Trunk Sewer project. The project proposes the construction of approximately 14.7 miles (or 77,850 feet) of new and/or replacement/ upgrade sewer line in the Otay Mesa Area. The project would construct Phases 2 and 3 as described in the 2004 Otay Mesa Sewer Master Plan and Alignment Study, which outlines a strategy for the provision of sewer infrastructure to serve the future build-out of the Otay Mesa region.
